Split one column into two column internally

As Shown in Screenshot this report is in SSRS but I want to do the same in Power Bi. Problem here is I want to split Compliance into two column:

1.    Yes

       No

2.     X

 How can I split Compilance column into column so that I can get these two column inside ?

Data is coming from Sharepoint List.
