Split Records into multiple shifts

Our business runs on 2 Shifts per Day.

Shift 1 - Day = 6:00am - 6:00pm

Shift 2 - Night = 6:00pm - 6:00am

I have one record of data that may spread over 2 shifts, or even multiple days. I cannot figure out how to accomplish this.

3 Example records below.

(hopefuly once I figure this out, I can apply it to our other business unit that has 3 shifts 7am-3pm,3pm-10pm,10pm-7am)
