Spanish and English?

This probably isn't the right place for this, but I can't find forum help so I'll ask anyway.

I once answered a question put forward in the Spanish language forum.  Now I get English and Spanish notifications for everything I reply to.  How do I make this stop???

@littlemojopuppy , All topics are getting translated from Spanish to English and English to Spanish. As of now option to stop notification from one is not available. The community development team has this as one of the items to be worked upon.
