Spacing on axis titles

I've found that there are times where the labels on axis are too close to the actual axis itself.

more space needed between title and axismore space needed between title and axis

Has anyone found a way to add 'padding' here?

I haven't found any options to modify space between axis and title, perhaps you can submit an idea for this requirement.
