Helper IIFor each column I've added or removed all white space. E.g., I've added 2 blank characters as Bas suggests in column 1 for Net Operating Income at the end, for the second column I've added 1 blank character at the beginning, and trimmed the third column. I've done this for all values for all columns. So, if something exists in column 1, I've added 2 blank space characters, added anywhere from 1 to 8 in the second column for each row value, and then trimmed third column row values. I hope this makes sense.
