Space between image and grid

Hi, everyone. 

The image height is greater than 24, and I adjusted the image size to 100px, and I put some row paddle as well. 

The row height is greather than image height and it doesn't look beautiful, 

I would like to remove the gap between image and grid. 

I read below post which was posted in 2019, and the solution was 'there is no way to fix it'

is this really true in 2022 as well? 

Some has solved with image ratio, but I only have to use 16:9 for my work.
