Sorting pie chart legend shows circular dependency message

Question

I am new to power bi, still learning,,.. please help out...

It shows this message when I tried to create relationship between 2 tables (EB pricing-price trend performance connect price trend performanc list)

the table looks like this. I would like to create a pie chart by sorting this order <0% 1st and >10% last.
