Sorting month on slicer

Hi All,   I am struggling with how to sort the slilcer the way I need:    I want as below:   Feb  Mar Aprl May   But it is showing as: April Feb Mar May   Thanks

    Hi sdhn,

     

    You need the month number in your table to sort by. Once you have that, select the text month column and choose sort by, then select Month Number.

I don't have month number. Please see snap shot below:

    You'll need to add one. 

    There are a few different ways to do this, in DAX, choose new column and enter this...

    Month Number = MONTH(DATEVALUE(2021 & "/" & 'Date'[Month] & "/" & 1))

     

    You'll need to rename the 'Date'[Month] to match your 'Table'[Column].
