Is there any way to sort dates descending in a matrix, where dates are in columns and metrics are in rows? I know that the option to sort asc or desc is not available when dates are in columns but is there any way around this, for example, by ranking or indexing the dates?

Hi @Jansco ,
You can add a table with date and index to use 'sort by column' feature to manually define date sort order based on index fields.
Then build relationship to raw table on date filed and use custom sort order table data as matrix column.
