Sorting by month name while line chart for rolling sum for 12M

Hi Team,

I have calculated 'Rolling Sum for past 12 M' by creating a column (TEXT) which is a combination of Month-Year. 

Sort
10-2017
11-2017
01-2018
02-2018
03-2018
04-2018
05-2018
06-2018
07-2018
08-2018

I got the value for cumulative sum but when I display the same as graph my graph Axis appears in the MM-YYYY (as numbers) where as I need my Axis to show value as Oct-2017, Nov-2017, Jan-2018 etc. I couldnt change the data type of the 'Sort' column as it is affecting my Measure used to calculate rolling sum. 

I tried lot of way but couldnt arrive. It would be of great help if tou can help me sort this.
