I have 5 columns that I want to present in a table visualization, and 4 of them should sort the table.
The 2 first columns are texts, and I want the table to be fixed by first sorting it by them. That is, the table will always sort by these 2 columns by default before handling anything else.
Then, I want to be able to pick dynamically with a slicer between the 3rd and 4th tables which are both numerical.
I will say that it may not be possible.
Try doing as a hack, Can you try?
Create a dynamic rank measure based on your columns - both static and dynamic and then use it in the visual as sort by.
If you dont want to see the rank column in table visual, you can hide it in "Specific Column".
Note: This gives a default sort only. User can change the behavior of sort any time.
Hey @nadavbi ,
this is not possible.
Regards,
Tom
