Sorting a Column in a Matrix in Descending Order

I have a Matrix that has Combined Molecule, Brand and Units by month. I want to keep Combined Molecule sorted as is, alphabetically, but then I want units sorted within that to be descending. I can't seem to figure out how to do this without sorting the Combined Molecule with it.
