Sort slicer text fiscal periods

Hi Folks,

the point is very challenging for me.

I have a calendar dimension with dates, years, months and fiscal periods (13 periods per year). Also I have Text column with the fiscalPeriod-YY.

I use this fiscalPeriod-YY in a slicer to filter for the last 26 periods. I want to sort this FiscalPeriod-YY in my slicer according to my current date. I think the only way is to set a number to every FiscalPeriod-YY from 1 to 26.

the regularisation period is set for the last day of the year.

@Anonymous , In slicer on the three dots you have an option to sort ascending or descending

Or create a sort column using rank

Year period sort = [year]*100 + [nofiscalperiod]

Year period sort desc = rankx(all(Table), [Year period sort])

@Anonymous , Create a column like the given one and mark that as a sort column of your fiscal period yr

Year period sort = [year]*100 + [nofiscalperiod]

it doesn't work. Fiscal periods are grouped by months. I need to sort for the last 26 periods.

@Anonymous , No need to use that in visual. Mark this as a sort column of your column and use your fiscalperiod column only. Refer the setting or video and link I shared
