Sort month name by month number

Hi,

I have this design in my dashboard:

And I created a bar chart using "MonthText" as x axis label, the Y label and the value are both from the table data:

* The only two sorting options I have are these

I want the month names to be sorted by the month number ( Jan=1, Feb=2,...).  I've seen other posts that told you to go to table design and sort by month number (in my table, the field "Month"):

I already did that but the chart still shows the months sorted alphabetically.

Any idea what else should I try?

I tried to recreate your scenario and I do get the desired output as shown below.

I sorted the MonthName column by MonthNumber.

Can you in any way share a pbix file with this chart and data, so that I can see in detail why it's not working.

Please report the version of Power BI Desktop.
