Sort by repeating values

Hi Experts   I have repearting values in a column and i want to sort the data by increasing week bands... see sample data below 0 - 6 Week 0 - 1 Week 7 - 12 Week 106 - 107 Week 107 ...

    Hi - I was expecting something along the lines of

    Sort_Bands = IF('reporting Diagnostics_Weekly_Waiting_MDS' = "0 - 1 Week", 0,
    IF('reporting Diagnostics_Weekly_Waiting_MDS' = "1 - 2 Week", 1,
    IF('reporting Diagnostics_Weekly_Waiting_MDS' = "2 - 3 Week", 2)))
