Hello fello Power BI users,
I am using Power BI Service version 13.0.12816.311 with Client version 2003.4.025.
I have a number of Personal Bookmarks that work perfectly but I needed them to be "sorted" in the MENU in a logical way.
I've tried to number them so that they would show in Alphanumeric order but no luck; they are displayed in the order they were created and I cannot change it apparently. Tried to "drag" and other known techniques...
Anyone can help with this at all?
regards
Hi @rtavares ,
I think you are referring to this feature. Indeed, we cannot sort it, but we can sort the "Report Bookmarks" by dragging.
You could submit your idea .

Hello @v-lionel-msft .
thanks for the suggestion but it doesn't seem to work on my end.
What is a "long press"? A click and hold left mouse button?
Doesn't behave as expected, tried many times.
What am I missing here?
thanks,
rtavares

Hi @rtavares ,
Don't you want to swap the up and down positions of bookmarks?
Click and hold the left mouse button and drag up and down. If you see a yellow line in this process, you can drag the bookmark to that position.
Or what version of Desktop are you? Maybe your version is not supported, please update to the latest version.
Best regards,
Lionel Chen
