Hi, I am trying to sort my matrix by multiple rows. I was able to do it a while ago but unfortunately I don't remember how I achieved it and now after trying and trying I convinced myself to ask the community
My status quo
what I want to achieve
Thank you for your help
@DavidPorTodos You can Sort by multiple Columns in a Table by Simply HOLDING on the "shift" Button while clicking asc or desc on other columns.
But The logic is different with a Matrix table.
Looking at your images, you want to sort by Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 per year.
You can archive this by expanding the ROWS, sorting on the quartiles, and then collapsing all the fields once done.
See the attached video.
I hope this meets your needs.
Note: You can also use DAX to make a logic sorting arrangement. I would be happy to help, if you can send a bpix with sample data - it does not have to be the data you are working on, but it is closely related.
If this post helps, please consider Accepting it as the solution to help others find it more quickly.
As you see below from pict.2 I was able to sort the matrix by 3 different dimesnions. What I am currantly not able to replicate.

@DavidPorTodos Can you send the pbix file with a sample dataset OR a clear picture on the Martix table and how you want the values to be sorted.
