The sort oder is not in the elipsies anymore. How can I sort by count largest to smallest in the new March 2020 release?

This as to do with the type of Axis you have, since it's a day it's assuming continuous axis so it automatically change the sorting to day.
You need to go to the X-Axis option and change the type to categorical and the elipses will allow you to change the sorting.
