Sort By Column: Not Open Up

I'm having an issue with "Sort by Column"

The button is visible and clickable

But when clicked, it wouldn't open up the list of columns to select! 

Does anyone else have this issue?

I've tried it on different computers and it's doing the same!

I believe it is not a issue.

when i select the table visual, then try to clcik on the "sort by column", it wouldn't open up the list of columns to select.

Then i select a column from the right pane, this time it shows a list of columns to select.
