Sort 100% Stacked Bar Chart by percentage

I need help sorting a 100% Stacked Bar chart using a win rate %. I have the columns set up in the power query. I'm unable to get the chart to sort by the percentage. I've tried using an index column and use the average to sort, but only a few on the ends sort properly, but the middle includes 0% & 100% along with out of order percentages.

What I have:

Account, Closed Won, Closed Lost, Total, Win Rate (%), Win Rate (1.2), and added an index column.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
