Something I'm missing percentage almost working now

I want to calc the percentage based on the blue, green and yellow highlighted items. By row and by column

 

Percentage of Work =
DIVIDE(
SUM('Features'[Sum Feature TagNames]),
COUNTA('Stories'[WorkItemId])
)

Hi @Anonymous ,

 You could try adding Story WorkItemID to the visual again, then show value as Percent of grand total.
