[Solved] Dark grey theme Desktop Model view

How do I change color themes Desktop?

Edit: I found a solution to this one. The issue has to do with Windows display settings. When I move Desktop to another screen, the background turns grey as in the video. I reset to factory settings and the issue was gone.
