Solution to switch between Englisch/German Field Names

you can download "Translations Builder" application and then add language as "German (de-DE)". and then translate fields to  german in Power BI metadeta.

I've an alternate way to do it, just give user a button to translate the headers using a drop down button using the field parameter option.

You can create the filed parameters using youe columns and measure and give both of them as german or english names and then you can use them using a slicer. Please see a sample .pbix file if it helps. This sample file is just to give you an idea and you can use this functionality as per your needs.

It'll give user the flexibility to chose the language freely.

Has grazitti_sapna refered this can be achieved by using the translations on the semantic model.

For each table, column,  measure there is a specific meta data property that allows you to add different translations:

Using the Translation builder will deploy that specific field option to your semantic model check the link below

This is an external tool but currently this can also be done using the TMDL viewer:

This option is directly on the tables itself so no need to duplicate any data.
