Solution Required to create complex Matrix Report in Power BI

Dear Members,
I have a scenarion in which i have to build a Power Bi report in which I have to show stats in Matrix format. See pic 1 for reference that I have to follow to make the report.
Pic 2 is showing what i have achieved so far in Power Bi report. I need to achieve the following:
1- Include more Columns after Total on the right side of the report from other measures (like Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, Gross Profit, Margin, Tax)

2- Include measures (like Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, Gross Profit, Margin, Tax) at the bottom of the Matrix.
