Snowflake unable to filter by Date?

Hi Everyone,

I am experienecing the strangest thing.  I have Accounting data that is pulled from Snowflake.

Strangely, [Account Period] or [Date] is not available when I'm in Power Query enviornment.  So I'm unable to filter by Year to make the dataset smaller.

The strangest thing is that it reappers once I'm back in PowerBI's datamodel.

Is every Snowflake user experiencing the same thing?  How do you get around it?
