Smartsheet File moved to another folder
In creating a report, I pull data from Smartsheets (via Get Data). Three of the smartsheet grids were moved to another folder by admin, and they won't be put back.
Now a refresh in Desktop says "the key didn't match any rows in the table"
Is there a way to redirect PowerBI to look in the new folder for the same grids?
There are considerable relationships and the fields are used in many visualizations.

- Go to Home → Transform Data → Advanced Editor for each affected query pulling from Smartsheet.
- Look for any hardcoded folder paths or URLs referencing the old folder.
- Replace the old folder path
- After updating the folder paths, refresh the preview in Power Query Editor.
- Ensure the tables load correctly with data from the new folder. Also make sure the schema has not changed, if they have accoringly change column names or remap relationships
- Make sure the admin knows the impact of changing the folder and yes parameters would help if you would often change the locations used.

🔁 Yes, you can redirect Power BI to the new Smartsheet folder.
Just update the Sheet IDs in Power Query to point to the new grids.
Make sure the column names and data types match the old ones to avoid breaking visuals or relationships.
