Thanks v-jiascu-msft - but this post has not helped me, as Eric_Zhang says:
If RLS is mandotory, you could still use the old embedding model, the old Power BI Embedded service(on azure) will continue to be available for a limited time.
I am trying to use the old embedding model for the moment.
