Smart narrative not recognising measures

are you putting the smart narrative on to an empty page? how are you using it
Yes, on an empty page, which by your question I assume it doesn't allow.
Do you need measures associated with a specific visual on the page? Or can you use any measures on a page?
If you have to have a related visual, and a related measure, I suppose I could add and then hide?

If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more.- you need to have something on a page for it to summarise. You can either summarize a visual (by right clicking summarize) but you do need visuals on the page for it to summarise. Add all your visuals and then add the smart narrative. You could hide by using the selection pane.
