Smart Narrative icon issue in iPad

 smart narrative icon level added for the each visual in my report but its not showing in pad. Icon symbol is showing but after clicking icon information not showing error message I am getting any limitation pad level.

The smart narrative have the following limiations , please check if you have used the following restrictions that prevent them from being displayed.

Please check that whether you use the matrix visual or table visuals,  the smart narrative  does not support these visuals.

Please check that whether you use the dynamic value,  the smart narrativedoes not support dynamic values.
