Slider formatting issue for slicer using Between option
The Responsive on/off is disabled. When droping a slicer with a Between range, the user has no choice but curse that mofo'ing ugly slider bar because of the 2 circurlar endpoints that are way too big. A true eyesore.
Also, no formatting option is available to reduce the size of the 2 endpoints, which I have to reiterate, are way but way too large.

It's an internally reported issue(ICM 293641838), and it will be fixed in April release of Desktop. Please be patient for the fix.

In addition, I found an idea similar with what you expect has been submitted—— Date Slicer for "Between"
You could vote it up and you can add comments.Hopes Power Bi will implement this in nearby future.

The only thing you can do is turn the slider off. I feel you.
