After modifying the measure2 in my pbix provided as below
Measure 2 = IF ( HASONEVALUE ( Table1[Category] ), [Measure], SUM ( Table1[Rest to spend] ) / SUM ( Table1[Budget] ) )I can show it on the visual when nothing is selected as follows.

Do you think it is possible to have when nothing is select, just the purcent of the total rest compared to total budget ?
