You want the LOF values to show dynamically in another tables based on slicer,right? If so and if there is no relationship between the tables, we need to create a measure.
Can I ask why you don't want to use measures? You could share some sample data and your expected results. We will understand clearly.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I'd like the LOF value to dynamically update based on the slection of the slicer. From what I understand about Measures, is it measures somthing, Ie measures only one value and cannot be used in calculated columns. In my case I could have up to 100+ Barriers that i'd like to use the selected LOF value for. The selcected LOF value in my example would be the likelihood of failure if the barrier was improved, i then want to use that value to see how it would affect the overall system of barriers. This is where the measure approch falls apart becaue i cant use the single measure on multipule items in the second table which will have calculated columns.
