Slicers with multiple conditions

I have a set of data as follow:

KWYew_2-1689940643819.png

I am creating a matrix visual that looks like this:

KWYew_3-1689940684098.png

My question is:

Is there a way to create a slicer to filter the matrix, eg:

If the users want to see all the Items with (Cat 3, Attribute 1 greater than 3) and (Cat 1, Attribute 4 less than 7), which will be only Item 2 in this case, how can this be achieved?

Ideally the users will be able select which category(ies) and which attribute(s) to filter, as there may be quite a number of categories and attributes.

Thanks.
