Slicers set up

Hi all,

I have two slicers one for topic and one for indicator. I want the person to first select an item from the topic slicer and then select an item the indicator slicer.  The “All” item in the topic or indicator slicers shouldn’t allowed.  If the person didn’t select an item from the indicator slicer, then a message should come such as “ a visualization for this set of variables is not available, please adjust filters or refresh the visualization” How should I set up this?
