I am building a large financial reporting toolkit in power bi, comprised of approximately 11 tabs.
Each of these tabs allows me to select a "Division", "Department", or "Cost Centre" to drill into the specifics of each of the tabs (slicers are sync'd).
Recently, my first tab slicers are no longer showing any values, as in the slicers are entirely blank.
I can copy these slicers to any other tab and the values populate correctly, however if I try and create a new slicer, or copy a working slicer from another tab, the values immediately empty.
Given this specific issue, I presume there is a page/tab issue causing this problem, however I have nothing selected.
The slicers have no issues or anything remarkable about them, and as the data on this tab is the exact same source as the data from every other tab.
Is there a way to identify what this issue is without having to rebuild this tab from scratch?
Thanks!
did you figure this out? having the same issue unfortunately. @Anonymous
I tried solution by @Greg_Deckler but it did not work.
@Anonymous Well, the first thing that comes to mind is a Page level filter. Check your Filters pane. Then, if that doesn't work, create a new page. Go to your first page. Select Ctrl-A and then Ctrl-C. Switch to your new page. Ctrl-V. See if that works. If so, delete your other page because something weird is going on.
