Slicers not working

Dear members,

I am working a report on Power BI desktop. I am using mutiple slicers in the report. They were all working until I formatted the report. Now the visuals are not updating as per my slicers and on the Slicer it says (not yet applied). Can someone please help me with a solution. It says like this and visual is not updated at all.

This happend because you have inserted  "Apply All Slicers" button on your canvas. This is useful if you need to control how your queries are executed for your visuals. You simple select it and delete it.

And Makes ure "Interactivity" selected under the optimization present menu.

Thanks for your response, but I have not selected apply all button on my canvas. Its not part of my report. I tried to select the apply all button and then delete, but the issue still persists. May be there is some other solution is required, if you can help.
