Slicers not working in Published Report

I published a report on Friday and everything works just fine for me but when my manager tries nothing works. I have a several slicers and a 'clear all slicers' button and nothing is responsive. ...

Did you try clearing the cache and republishing the report to a new test workspace to see if that works?

Thanks, it turned out to be user error as another colleague did manage to clear the slicers.
My manager had accidentally 'drilled down' into a chart which is why the 'clear all slicers' button was not resetting the visuals.
