I published a report on Friday and everything works just fine for me but when my manager tries nothing works.
I have a several slicers and a 'clear all slicers' button and nothing is responsive.
My manager has Admin status in the Workspace.
Any ideas whats going on?

Try resetting the view to the saves state of the report.

Hi @ArchStanton, what exactly happens if they try to use the slicers? Are the slicers disabled, only showing one/some value(s) or not reacting at all when they click on them? Do you use Row Level Security and/or drill-throughs in your report?
It was user error error! My manager had drilled down into one of the visuals..

Did you try clearing the cache and republishing the report to a new test workspace to see if that works?
Thanks, it turned out to be user error as another colleague did manage to clear the slicers.
My manager had accidentally 'drilled down' into a chart which is why the 'clear all slicers' button was not resetting the visuals.
