Slicers affecting matrix visual

I have matrix table which showing weekly data, and a measure which is showing % deviation,  a slicers with values week1, week2, week3, when I am selecting week1 in slicers, my %deviation value changes to 0. I want measures value to be remains same

Have these new columns in Date Table, Week Rank is Important in Date/Week Table

Week Rank = RANKX('Date','Date'[Week Start date],,ASC,Dense)
OR
Week Rank = RANKX('Date','Date'[Year Week],,ASC,Dense) //YYYYWW format

These measures can help
This Week = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Week Rank]=max('Date'[Week Rank])))
Last Week = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Week Rank]=max('Date'[Week Rank])-1))

% deviation = divide([this week] - [last week], [last week])
