Slicer with range values for Text
Hi I have an customernum with alphanumeric values with text data type but will be in sequence order 1000 1001 .... .... .... A1000 A1001 ........ ........ Now I want to use this value in...
Instead of a slicer use the filter pane. It gives you the flexibility to indicate ranges etc.
Thanks for the update, but i'm not able to see the ranges in the filter pane.
How can i get the ranges for "Text" data type.
please find the below screensot for reference, what i'm looking for.
The bleow case which i have done is i have created a sort number for CustomerNum and added it,
then i'm using that sequence number for slicer. as below
Interesting - the advanced text filters do not allow for "greater than" etc options
