Slicer with And functionality

Hello all !   I have two slicers 1.  Technologies 2. Languages when ever I need to multiselect the languages i need the list of employees who ever involves in that multi select slicer.    ...

    Based on your description, I have created a simple sample:

    Please try to add this measure to the visual level filter:

    Slicer AND logic =
VAR _a =
    ALLSELECTED ( 'Employee data_new'[Languages] )
VAR _b =
    COUNTROWS (
        FILTER (
            ALL ( 'Employee data_new' ),
            [ID] = MAX ( 'Employee data_new'[ID] )
                && [Technologies] = MAX ( 'Employee data_new'[Technologies] )
                && [Languages] IN _a
        )
    )
RETURN
    IF ( _b = COUNTROWS ( _a ), 1, 0 )

    Final output:
