Slicer to Filter Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, or Last Month

I have an issue I could use some help with. The issue is how to create a single slicer that can slice the data by either a date that is Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, or Last Month. I have created Dax statements for 3 columns to find the appropriate values based off of the Date Column but I'd like to be able to switch from Today to This month. This approach below needs 3 columns and 3 slicers. If I combine the data into one column, the value cannot be Today or This month, it would have to be either or.

Today = 9/6/17

Any ideas, thoughts, help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @langer83,

No need to create any additional columns or measures in your model in the slicer when you select a date you have the possibility to choose Relative this will give you the  options to choose:

Last - Next - This

Number of periods

Days - Weeks - Months - ...
