Slicer that filters a matrix based on 1 value in a row and filters entire rows and keeps entire rows

Hello,

I'm trying to create a slicer that filters a matrix based on 1 row value. if the value is the negative, I want all the rows that dont have a negative value to be filterered out and keep the entire row that has 1 negative value. 

for example

This is my table 

I want a slicer that shows entire rows if 1 value is negative, resulting in this.

Is that possible?
