Slicer showing code not text

Hi,

I have a field in PowerApp which is a list of names.

The data in the table is stored as a code (number).

When i add this field to a slicer, its the code not the names that show up.

I have another field which operates the same way, but that slicer shows the names.

How do i make this slicer show the real names not the stored code?

Thanks

Hi @Sportily ,

In Power BI, the visual object is visualized using the fields you have added, if you want to show the real names in slicer visual instead of stored code, please confirm you are using the correct fields for the visualization.

Hi,

I am new here. But if you open the "Transform Data" tab, go to that column and play with the data types on the top right.

Sorry if this isn't what you were looking for, but good luck!
