Slicer selection then filter columns on value

Thanks for the replies. I have not been able to get it to work still unfrotunatley, but this may be my lack of Power Bi skills meaning I am doing something wrong.

Here is a sample of the data:

And then my visual is a table, using a slicer to select the job role seen in column 1, and hoping to make this only display the columns containing a Y then in the table and the N's excluded. Any help is appreciated.
