Slicer select all vs select each individually

Why is the result different when a) selecting all boxes individually vs. b) using Select All? See illustration below. When selecting one or more scopes individually, last day's data is shown in the visual. When using the Select All option, last day's data is missing. It happens only when a dates slicer on the same page is set to last 1 weeks or last one months, if setting it to last 2 weeks or last 2 months, all data is shown either way:

a) selected each box with CTRL+clicka) selected each box with CTRL+clickb) Used Select Allb) Used Select Allresult a)result a)result b)result b)

The issue seems to exist only for some time after the scheduled refresh with new source data has completed. An hour or so later, all is normal without further intervention. Really strange.
