Slicer question on slicing by a hidden value

I have a report set up with a slicer that shows an acronym but now the requirement is to change it to use the words spelled out. Can a slicer show one value but slice on another?

The layout is like this:

I would like to slice on Program but show ProgramName in the slicer. Possible?

@fparker61 , as long as they are from the same table you should be able to use selectedvalue or allselected on the other column too
