Slicer from 3 different columns

Hi, I need to create a slicer from 3 different columns and need to establish the relationship for all 3 with main table.
Need Help

    Anonymous 

    ok. let's assume your data is like below

     

     

    Now we will select 3 columns and unpivot these columns. we will get below output. 

     

     

     we can rename colums 

     

    below is output visual

     

     

    I have attached pbix file also

    Is there a way if I want to add 1 more column in Axis is that possible ?
