Slicer for whole file

Hi guys i have a question.
I have an slicer in the tab and my questions is it possible that a filter that has been entered in slicer will cover all tabs? Or does it always have to include only the tab it exists on?

Hi @konwes97 ,

It will cover all the tabs if you are using that slicer in all tabs and enabled the sync slicer option.

Thanks,

Samarth

Another option would be to set a report level filter, and allow users to modify filters within that report.

You can still disable the option to allow users to save filters (so seperately to being able to user them).
