Slicer for Meassure

My requirement as follows. I m creating a meassure beased on column Y and Z. Also need to have a slicer based on Type which filter the meassure. data set looks as follows. Appriciate your help.

    What is your measure based on your column Y and Z? And what is your desired result? Could you please offer me more information?
